Agile Coaching

Agile Coaching encompasses Training, Facilitation, Coaching and Mentoring. We aim to provide a blend of these to meet our clients needs. We take an Agile approach by agreeing a plan with key outcomes, reviewing progress and then adapting the outcomes and plan.

It all begins with some initial scoping. This is essential to understand your vision, needs, problems and to agree some initial outcomes.

From the initial scoping, Areto will work with the client to agree an engagement plan that will include Training, Facilitation, Coaching and Mentoring. The plan will be of a timescale that is long enough to see some progress, but it should also be regularly reviewed and adjusted.

It is likely that the engagement plan would include a blend of Training, Facilitation, Mentoring, Team and Individual Coaching

We adopt an Inspect and Adapt approach to ensure that we learn from the work completed and adjust the plan to take account of those learnings. Outcomes may change as the organisation learns new information, or their priorities change. We live in a changing environment, so Areto allows for that in all of our engagements.
